Heritage Hills Construction Limitations  (condensed for reference)

The total finished Living area above ground: 1500 square feet minimum with a minimum of 1000 square feet on the first floor.

Each residence shall have at least a 2 car garage with an area of a least 400 square feet.

All driveways shall be paved with hard surface materials

Sidewalks, each owner during construction will construct a sidewalk in front of there lot.

Building of home shall comence with-in the first 240 months after purchase of the lot.
